Featured Shop: NA NE NA Vintage
Tell us a little bit about yourself. Where are you based? How do you spend your days?
My name is Jenna and I’m based in Portland, Oregon. I work on NA NE NA Vintage full-time. I also love to read, cook, and paint when I can, but work usually takes up all of my time.
How did you hear about Noihsaf Bazaar / when did you become a part of the community?
I must have seen Noihsaf being reposted/shared by other resellers I followed on Instagram years ago. I don’t think there was any gatekeeping involved, but it definitely felt like discovering a juicy secret. I was nervous about the transition from Instagram, but I am so in love with the new site. Good riddance Instagram!
What is your favorite Noihsaf score?
My favorite Noihsaf score will have to be this adorable vintage pink bobble-knit cardigan from @kelseythorntonn. She’s probably one of the most beloved sellers on this platform and for good reason!
How would you describe your personal style? Do you have any style inspirations that you return to?
It can be difficult to know what your personal style is, but I’ve been told “whimsical” by multiple folks. I do love seeing things that are different. I think my style is sophisticated, but sweet. I didn’t have much of a childhood (meaning I wasn’t allowed to be a kid when I was a kid) so I might be trying to make up for it now in the way I dress sometimes. My favorite color combination is pink and green, and I have a big weakness for pleats and stripes. My style inspo is a long but not exhaustive list that includes @sababa_vintage @hannahruthzander @annikawhite @nanda_schwarz @simonenoa @thefaircourt @_liullland @vacillavi…
I can’t help it when y’all so so well-dressed!
Do you have any designers/brands that you’re especially into these days?
Shushu/tong, Minju Kim, Susan Fang, Simone Rocha, Celine Kwan, Bora Aksu… every designer is so unique and playful with silhouettes.
What trend are you currently loving, or what trend would you like to see?
BOWS! It can easily go into looking quite juvenile, but I love seeing everyone’s creative and sophisticated interpretations of it. They can make any look more feminine and playful.
