Tell us a little bit about yourself. Where are you based? How do you spend your days?

I live on the New Hampshire coast and I am a Nurse Practitioner and death doula. My time off is spent in nature as much as possible, hiking, biking, Qi gong, and walking on the beach are favorite activities. I love being exactly an hour from Boston and Portland Maine, two cities with amazing vintage/thrift shopping and wonderful boutiques. A favorite way for me to spend a Saturday is to drink tea and wander book shops and vintage clothing shops in Cambridge. I am a bit tea obsessed and currently can't stop drinking seaweed tea from Heritage Seaweed in Portland, Maine.

How did you hear about Noihsaf Bazaar / when did you become a part of the community?

I heard about Noihsaf from a friend on Instagram who shares my love for vintage fashion and thrifting. I started scanning NB daily about 6 months ago and I am totally hooked. It is so much fun to see what wonderful things pop up each day! I love the community here and selling on the site has been a very positive experience.

What is your favorite Noihsaf score?

A gorgeous pair of wide leg beige GREI NY pants which will be my go to this spring and summer. Also a fantastic white porcelain horse head necklace. So unique and beautiful! I have to hold myself back from purchasing things, there are SO many great items to tempt me daily! My likes folder is very large and growing.

How would you describe your personal style? Do you have any style inspirations that you return to?

I would describe my style as classic minimalist with pops of quirky and unique thrown in. I prioritize comfort and ease. Animal print is definitely a neutral in my wardrobe and appears frequently. My color palette is earthy, neutral and I adore natural fabrics like linen, silk, bamboo and cotton. The older I get the more androgynous fashion appeals to me, I dress for the sheer joy of fashion. My wardrobe focus now is on adding timeless, well made pieces that will work with what I currently have, for years to come. My favorite online places for inspiration are instagram accounts like ParisiensinParis, WatchingNewYork, NYLON mag, 90sAnxiety and SheerLuxe. Some of my personal favorite style icons are Iris Apfel, Carolyn Bessete-Kennedy, Cate Blanchett, Françoise Hardy, and Monica Vitti. I get a lot of inspiration from the past and the American southwest, especially in my accessories.

Do you have any designers/brands that you’re especially into these days?

I honestly don’t wear a lot of big name brands and instead prefer to shop local and discover local talent. One of the reasons I love NB is that I am constantly discovering new designers to support. Imogene and Willie and SLVRLAKE are denim favorites. I love Ozma of California, MATE the label, Curator, Ilana Kohn, and Esby Apparel. I am a Canadian who deeply appreciates the Montreal fashion scene. I am loving Jennifer Glasgow’s fashions and shoes from Maguire lately.

What trend are you currently loving, or what trend would you like to see?

I hope that fast fashion continues to decline and more people catch the thrift bug. It’s so much fun to find one of a kind pieces with history! I will die on the hill of high waist and wide leg pants. I also continue to love cropped tops and oversized blazers with said pants. Fanny packs have been in my wardrobe since the 80s and are not going anywhere! I would love to see floral prints everywhere this spring!

Favorite song to play when getting dressed?

Right now I am hooked on the Past Lives soundtrack but also SZA and MUNA are in heavy rotation. My cat is always watching me and judging my dancing.
