Looks like needlepoint. Thin wool weave. Hang it. Wear it. Re-purpose it. Would make a beautiful jacket. Or skirt.
Excellent condition for the age. Three very, very small worn places (see photo) that are repairable. Colors are vibrant. 33.5x78
