Incredible color and details--criss-cross ribbon closure on the jacket and row of buttons on back of both pieces. Fully lined. Skirt is elasticized and stretches quite a bit. Still has Fred Segal Tags on it! Made in France.
One of the jacket buttons is coming loose but easy fix.
