With pockets! High waisted (waist flat 13.5”, 19” stretched), soft elasticized waistband. Feels and looks like silk. Tag says dry clean only. I machine washed delicate and laid them flat to dry, then tumble dried for 20min air dry setting. Hem is fold back and hand stitched.
