Heavy Woven Handmade Pant

These are weird and wonderful, no tags and in a heavy textured woven fabric. I got these at a consignment shop in the NYC fashion district and as a sewist they look like a handmade sample or FIT project. Buttonhole never finished (pictured) but not noticeable when buttoned.
