Apolina bay blue cotton Mya Dress. Size 3-5 but this style (and sometimes brand) runs slimmer. It fits on my 4 year old but we also have the linen version. There is one tiny pin prick by the pleating but it’s not noticeable when worn imo. Please see pics, especially the last one!
