High-waisted sleeveless jumper with a u neck, rope belt, and elasticated leg openings.

I had the shoulders taken up by a tailor and added button closures on both shoulders. I’m 5’2” so I was trying to shorten the torso & length a bit but ultimately, it’s not right on me. :(
