Picnic Maxi Dress

Sold out dress with ruched bodice (stretchy!) and flowy skirt. I have this dress in plaid and love it, but this one was a bit too big. Puff sleeves with elastic can be worn on or off shoulder. Slightly sheer and unlined, but the way it gathers makes this not so much an issue.
