Order Refunds and Cancellations

We understand that honest mistakes happen, but cancelled transactions create confusion and disappointment for buyers and sellers. We expect that our community will be respectful of each other and fulfill their transactions.

Buyer Requests Cancellation: As soon as an order is shipped it can no longer be cancelled. If the buyer wants to cancel an order they should let the seller know ASAP. After that, just reach out to the Noihsaf Bazaar team and we can help get the order cancelled for you. The buyer will be refunded the full amount minus any credit card processing fees (not refundable).

Seller Requests Cancellation: If the seller wants to cancel an order they should let the buyer know ASAP. After that, just reach out to the Noihsaf Bazaar team and we can help get the order cancelled for you. The buyer will be refunded the full amount and the credit card processing fees (not refundable) will be debited from the seller's Noihsaf Payments balance.

Partial Refunds: If the Seller would like to give a partial refund, just reach out to the Noihsaf Bazaar team and we can help with that. Note that partial refunds will not affect the credit card processing fees (which don't get refunded/reduced after the order is placed) or the selling fee.
