Product Condition Guidelines

Items that are in poor condition, visibly worn out, or have wear that affects the integrity of the item will not be listed. Please use the notes field below to describe any wear and flaws.

You must include images of any visible wear in your item photos as well. The more detail, the better!

Per listing guidelines; all items need to be cleaned before listing using fragrance free products as necessary.

• New and Unused: For beauty products only. All beauty products must be unused.
• New with Tags (NWT): Brand new with tags.
  
• New without Tags (NWOT): Brand new without tags.
• Excellent: Lightly worn, no visible wear, fading, staining or notable condition issues.
• Very good: Lightly worn, some fading from washing, no tears or stains.
• Good: Item may have more fading or other signs of being used (and well-loved); a pair of shoes might be scuffed, small visible stains on clothing may be present, but otherwise everything is in great shape.
• Fair: Condition is questionable. It’s probably best not to sell it to others who can’t inspect it first.
• Poor: Since photos can be deceiving and condition can be subjective, we don’t accept anything in poor condition.
