How we handle returns

Once both parties have agreed to a return: sellers can share the return address via the comments on the order. These comments are only visible to the buyer and seller (and the Noihsaf Team as needed). Buyers can ship the return via the carrier of their choice. Once the return is shipped, buyers should share tracking information via the comments on the order. Sellers can initiate the refund via the order page by selecting “REFUND” and following the prompts.
