Hooded witchy short sleeved over shirt

I bought this used like 15 years ago so Id say its vintage. Sarah Reilly seems to be a very small niche designer. This piece has 2 different textures : the hood and trim is this slinky soft stretch modal like cotton rayon blend maybe and the body of the shirt is more textured.
