Denim Fringe Vest / Dress

Made in USA vintage denim long vest / dress. I had my tailor add the two hidden snap buttons at the bottom, but those could easily be removed. Slight fray under one arm. I see so much potential for this with layering, but I live in too warm of a place for that. Giving Santa Fe.
