1960s holiday maxi dress with ruffle collar, plaid taffeta bodice, bow belt, and tiered velvet skirt. Darting at bust. Zips up the back. Size tag is illegible- see measurements.
Belt could use reinforcement and a new hook/eye closure (see photos). But could also be worn as-is.
