A rare, vintage Lacoste polo dress with fun details. Two front pockets, Lacoste embroidered down the placket, and snaps along the bottom sides. Two broken snaps, but you can pop them back into holes, see photos. Aside from that, great vintage condition. Fits like an XS, IMO.
