Roucha's Founder, Jill Wenger, is known for curating the most forward and interesting in luxury fashion. She founded Totokaelo in Seattle in 2008 and was the first to bring Comme des Garcons, Maison Margiela, The Row, Vetements, Jacquemus and Dries Van Noten to the Pacific Northwest. Wenger left Totokaelo in 2016 to create Roucha. When designing Roucha, she applies the architectural, irreverent aesthetic she's come to be known for.
