Suede chukka sneakers/boots by Harry's of London. Super well made and very comfortable. In virtually pristine shape - my fiance wore them for only a handful of hours. Only real sign of wear is a couple marks on rubber sole of one shoe, as pictured. Size 41.5 - fits 8.5 Men's.
