When can I expect to receive my earnings from items sold?

Once delivery is verified, earnings will be added to your Noihsaf balance. Make sure you are shipping with a service that provides a tracking number, and that you have updated your order with it. We ask sellers to hang onto their shipping receipt until the package is delivered. Delivery generally gets verified automatically — once the carrier tells us it's delivered, earnings are released.

If you are using Noihsaf's prepaid shipping labels, please make sure to add the tracking info to the order page and mark the order as shipped.

Packages shipped to P.O. boxes will not be marked as delivered by the carrier until the buyer picks up. Please reach out to the buyer or the Noishaf team if your package has been sitting at a P.O. box for a few days, and we can assist.

Additionally, the buyer can mark the item as delivered at any point, at the top of the order page.
