- If an order arrives damaged, not as described or the wrong item is received, Noihsaf Bazaar requires that sellers be willing to offer a return/refund.
- Noihsaf Bazaar provides dispute mediation if buyers and sellers are unable to resolve any issues.
- To protect buyers, Noihsaf Bazaar will monitor sellers who do not ship on time and/or ship items that are damaged or not as described.
- Buyers should reach out to Noihsaf Bazaar within 3 days of receiving their item if any issues are discovered.
