What if something goes wrong with my transaction?

Noihsaf Bazaar is committed to working with both buyers and sellers to ensure fair and equitable outcomes should any disputes arise. If an issue comes up, we ask that buyers and sellers communicate via the comments on the order to work towards a resolution. The Noihsaf Bazaar Team is available to make adjustments or issue refunds as needed. If you are unable to resolve any disputes, please reach out to the Noihsaf team and we’ll see if we can help.

  • If an order arrives damaged, not as described or the wrong item is received, Noihsaf Bazaar requires that sellers be willing to offer a return/refund.
  • Noihsaf Bazaar provides dispute mediation if buyers and sellers are unable to resolve any issues.
  • To protect buyers, Noihsaf Bazaar will monitor sellers who do not ship on time and/or ship items that are damaged or not as described.
  • Buyers should reach out to the sellers and Noihsaf Bazaar within 3 days of receiving their item if any issues are discovered.
