Can I return my item?

All sales on Noihsaf Bazaar are final. Once a purchase is complete, and requests to cancel the order are subject to our Cancellation Policy.

An item is eligible for a return/refund if any of the following apply:

  • Undisclosed damage

  • Incorrect or missing item

  • Item not as described

  • Seller did not ship the item

An item is NOT eligible for a return/refund for the following reasons:

  • Changed mind

  • Item does not fit

  • Odor (but please let us know so we can track sellers with repeated issues)

  • Delayed delivery due to carrier

  • Return requested more than 3 days after the item was received

  • trades/offline transactions
